Utah's youth soccer community is an absolute privilege to be part of – from the ever-improving standard of play, to the incredibly supportive parents and coaching staff.

People are the most vital ingredient for all sports and I like to think that here in this most beautiful part of the world, we are lucky to enjoy the riches of an extended soccer family.

Young people are gathering across the Salt Lake City, Utah County and Davis/Weber areas for our second week of tryouts, following a fantastic few days in Southern Utah last week.

Of course, we have already seen some fantastic players take to the field and we are looking forward to even more joining our expanding ranks over the next fortnight.

Understanding how young people develop their abilities, both on and off the pitch, is one our strengths here at 7 Elite Academy, thanks to our highly experienced team of coaches.

Rightly so, we put the well-being of players at the very top of the list and our curriculum of learning is supported by coaching staff who have played and taught at the highest levels in Europe.

Seeing these coaches work and improve youngsters every day of the week is one of the reasons why I am incredibly proud of to be part of 7 Elite Academy.

Little pieces of much bigger puzzle – that's how we treat the individual steps we take to unlock the potential of everyone at our organization.

And we'll be with them every step of the way – from Pre-Academy through the various phases of their development and then afterwards, as they step out into the world.

Reading the reports from our coaching staff over the last week, I know already that we're on the verge of yet another fantastic year with increasing numbers of players.

Other clubs may look at us with envy, but we want them to know that nobody is shut out here at 7 Elite Academy – the signs are there every step of the way.

Come to see us – kick a ball, run a few laps, or just take a look at what we do to improve players over the next two weeks.

And if we're not for you, then fine – but at least you've given us a chance and that's all we ask.
