7 Elite Academy has unveiled a packed Fall schedule of Pre-Academy sessions in St. George for the start of the new soccer season later this month.

The sessions are designed for players aged in the 2012 to 2016 age brackets and teach the fundamentals of soccer in a fun and relaxed environment.

Youngsters are taught by professional coaches from within the world-renowned 7EA structure, with a focus on skills such as teamwork, ball handling, movement and sportsmanship.

The first session runs in St. George from 4.15pm to 5.15pm on August 26th, before continuing on a weekly basis until November 4th. Further sessions continue after the mid-season break in January.

Matt Brown, Pre-Academy Manager at 7 Elite Academy, said: “I am really looking forward to seeing even more new faces at our sessions in St. George this Fall.

“They are a great opportunity for players to begin learning valuable new skills that will serve them well in life, as well as within our great game of soccer.

“Every single young person who comes to us benefits from a fantastic learning environment, where in the first few years we focus on developing their love for soccer.

“Of course there is a competitive element to our sessions, but we like to make sure players enjoy their time with us and want to return again and again.”

A Pre-Academy open night last month attracted hundreds of youngsters to Westvale Elementary in Salt Lake City, as word continues to spread about 7 Elite Academy's professional coaching methods.

Anthony Godfrey, Global Technical Director at 7 Elite Academy, said: “It is always an exciting time at the start of a soccer season, whether that's in the world's top leagues or at grass roots level.

“That is why I always enjoy seeing young players get their first taste of the game at our Pre-Academy sessions. They have so much to look forward to!

“We design every Pre-Academy event to make sure youngsters get the most from their time with us and then want to return in the future.

“Our development programs have been developed to give all players an opportunity to enjoy soccer with 7EA, while developing life-long skills away from the pitch.”
