7 Elite Academy's Home Technical Program has continued to inspire young people across the world to work on their skills.

The weekly training and development sessions have been designed to give youngsters an opportunity to make sure they're ready for a return to training when Covid-19 restrictions are eased.

7 Elite Academy has also held regular team meetings and one-to-one coaching sessions via Zoom, while Online Masterclass sessions have featured professional players Wil Trapp and Stephen Warnock.

Daren Woolstenhume, CEO at 7 Elite Academy, said: “Throughout the last few months, we have put the health and wellbeing of our young people at the very centre of everything we do and that will continue.

“Our Home Technical Program has sought to do that with weekly training exercises that replicate the activities they would take part in during full training sessions.

“Regular online team meetings and one-to-one sessions have provided vital contact with coaches and team-mates, especially in terms of those relationships which are so important.

“Thousands of people have watched our Masterclass sessions, which have offered yet another insight into how we give our players a chance to connect with leading professional players.

“I have been in regular contact with coaching staff in the United States, United Kingdom and Africa, and the feedback is that our players are embracing the Home Technical Program.”
