7 Elite Academy releases new range of kits

7 Elite Academy has released a new range of kits to celebrate the organisation's close sporting links with players, coaches clubs across the world.

The academy, which runs teams for over a thousand players globally, has introduced a series of flags and stars to mark achievements of young people in football.

The kits - produced by global partner Adidas - feature stars to indicate how long a youngster has been part of 7 Elite Academy, ranging from a single star to golden Roman Numerals for long-serving players.

And shirts will also display the national flag of each country 7 Elite Academy works in, marking its unique status as a truly global youth soccer academy.

Daren Woolstenhume, CEO at 7 Elite Academy, said: “We wanted to use the opportunity of changing kits to make a statement about our links with players and coaches across the world.

“Our global partner Adidas has produced a series of stylish designs to carry that message with national flags and bold colours that are immediately identifiable as 7 Elite Academy.

“We are proud of our young people across the world and how they are benefitting from our professional approach to coaching and personal development.

The kits also feature the ‘I Am Red' logo, which is synonymous with the professional football culture that 7 Elite Academy maintains throughout its locations in the USA, UK and Tanzania.

Wayne Scholes, Chairman of 7 Elite Academy, said: “I love our new kits. The words I AM RED, which sit below the national flags on our jerseys, are incredibly important to us.

“Those words are there to remind us that as a team, no matter where we play in the world, we are Red, we play in Red, that's our home kit.

“We are fierce in our competitiveness, we are passionate about our game and play, and we stand together in our club colors.

“The color Red is in our DNA and we want players' families to be proud of that connection that you have to over 1200 players around the world in 7 Elite Academies, all wearing the same Red.”
