7 Elite Academy has launched a new partnership with Trace Soccer – one of the world’s leading providers of video and analytic software for soccer clubs.

The collaboration will allow 7 Elite Academy to automatically film and edit matches using the software, which allows coaches to not only review overall game performance but also focus on single player performances.

The Trace system gives staff the option to analyze a range of statistics from soccer matches, using GPS, robot cameras and powerful software tools.

Trace is used by professional soccer clubs and academies throughout the United States and will offer 7 Elite Academy a fresh insight into player performance.

Teams will also be able to create shareable recruiting profiles with Trace iD, and receive custom content and continuing education for both players and coaches with Trace Workshops.

Daren Woolstenhulme, CEO of 7 Elite Academy, said: “Trace is an exciting addition to our coaching and will allow us to give players much more personalized feedback.

“It means coaches can create video analysis of a single player throughout a game and highlight their performance using a brand-new set of metrics.

“Our staff are USSF and UEFA qualified, and will have worked with similar systems at professional clubs, so this is a natural extension of that knowledge.

“We are determined to provide young people with the best opportunities available and Trace allows us to do that through detailed analysis and statistics.”

The Trace all-in-one game film system includes a portable TraceKit, which has all of the equipment needed to record soccer matches, home or away.

Players, parents, and coaches can receive personalized game footage – automatically analyzed, cut, and stitched together for all the important moments.

It is a key tool for players seeking next level opportunities, whether that be professionally or collegiately. Read how one ECNL player managed to secure a spot on a D1 College Soccer team with her Trace iD profile.

David Lokshin, CEO at Trace, said: “We are delighted to be working with 7 Elite Academy and its players across Utah.

“Our cameras and software provide industry-leading analysis and countless ways for coaches and young people to work together on improving performance.

“We want every player to have the best coaching opportunities available, which is why our partnership with 7 Elite Academy is so important.”
