Young people at 7 Elite Academy are given full support throughout the college application process with monthly college preparation nights and regular speakers to the SABA players from colleges around the country.

SABA players play in several college showcase events every season across the country to ensure best access for the players to national college coaches.

They also get the chance to play and study abroad thanks to close working links with 7 Elite Academy teams in Liverpool, UK.

Wayne Scholes, Chairman of 7 Elite Academy, said: “I want to pay tribute to the hard work and dedication that every single one of our players shows thought the season.

“With the support of their families and our staff, they have been able to achieve their ambitions, be that in soccer or education. These are remarkable achievements and I am so proud of them.

“The SABA program is a world-class opportunity for youngsters to access college opportunities quicker, and to be far better prepared for showcase and scouting events.

“We have UEFA, FA and USSF licensed staff who have worked with the best players in the world, and know how to bring a player to their peak performance level on a regular basis.”

7 Elite Academy tryouts start in Saint George on Monday 16th until Thursday 19th, before moving on to Salt Lake City between May 23rd and June 4th.

Teams are already showing high demand for places and youngsters are being encouraged to register early to avoid missing out.

Scholes added: “The success of our older players, especially at our National Letter of Intent Night, is acting as a catalyst for even more youngsters to join us.

“They are setting an example that can inspire players throughout our academy to work hard and focus on their ambitions.

“We are now seeing high numbers of players register for tryouts and indeed, it is far higher than in previous years.

“Overall, it is about the progress of the young person who walks into our tryouts on day one and has an ambition that we can help them to achieve.”
