The 2023 7 Elite Academy International Tournament will again include the popular Pre-Academy Jamboree - a competition for younger players to experience the tournament atmosphere.

The tournament, which will take place from February 2-4 in Southern Utah and Nevada, is expected to attract over 300 teams from across the United States and beyond.

The Pre-Academy Jamboree is designed for players in the 2015 to 2018 age brackets and is always a popular way for youngsters to enjoy competitive soccer in a fun and supportive environment.

As well as 4V4 (no GK) games, players can look forward to fun activities as part of the Jamboree at Mesquite Sports Complex in February 4th.

7 Elite Pre-Academy Manager, Matt Brown, is looking forward to staging the popular event for the fourth year in succession.

He said: “It is so exciting to again have the Pre-Academy Jamboree as part of the 7 Elite Academy International Tournament in 2023. It is one of the highlights of the year for me!

“Every single player has a fantastic time and it shows when they all pick up their awards. They show the true spirit of soccer.

“For 2023 we have upped the wow factor, as we look to make it even more memorable to players and parents alike. We will bring more fun and guest appearances from top UEFA coaches and players.

“It is my ambition that everyone leaves the Pre-Academy Jamboree with a huge smile on their face and a true love for soccer.”

Roster sizes for the Jamboree will be capped at eight players per team, with all teams playing at least four 20-minute matches on smaller pitches.

Games will take place at Mesquite Sports Complex on Saturday, February 4 between 9am and 2pm, and all players will receive an exclusive award.
